Cancellation Policy
Transparent guidelines regarding reservations.
1. Standard Booking Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, including no-shows, will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the booking amount. No refunds will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Rates
Special promotional rates or early-bird bookings labeled as "Non-Refundable" are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable under any circumstances.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen, unavoidable events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer a credit voucher valid for 12 months in lieu of a cash refund.
